John, Shirley and Jay brought calm and compassion to the emotional chaos of loss. They walked along side us instead of selling to us, and they went out of their way to make sure Moms burial and service were what my Dad needed. The internment was out of town, and Jay and Shirley stayed, reassuring us they would be present for the entire burial process despite a long drive home for them. John didnt sell us anything. He found a way to honor what we wanted for Mom. I have had the misfortune of already referring a friend to them because her parent passed, but I knew my friends family would be treated with honor and respect here.

We cannot begin to describe how, the second we walked into Hidden Valley Funeral Home, it felt like we walked into a family or friends home. John Miles and his staff were kind, compassionate, and patient. Our mom, Elizabeth Juvet, pre-planned almost everything that was needed. We only had to make a few small decisions. Some family, the Hightowers and the Bartletts, are in Missouri. Other family came in from New York. John welcomed us all and made sure Moms final wishes were followed. We cannot thank you enough!
