The staff at Apfel in Hastings were all very helpful, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need.

During the worst time of my life, the staff at Apfel, especially Cole, helped me navigate all the hard decisions that I had to make while trying to handle my grief. My husband died two days before Christmas, and they jumped into action to get my signature so that the cremation could still get done before the holiday, thus allowing for the death certificates to not be held up any further than they already were over a major holiday. They were quick to answer EVERY email through the service planning and the compassion they showed as we checked each thing off the list was a wonderful extra perk to choosing a smaller, hometown funeral home. I was treated very well from the start to the finish and I highly recommend them to anyone going through this process.
