Representative was helpful. Not many choices as to selection of Jewish cemeteries in Raleigh. Don't purchase the vault through them. Mark up was 33% compared to Endswell Funeral Home. Mitchell Funeral home (part of Dignity) was over $5000 more expensive than Endswell.
We worked with Michelle who was very knowledgeable and showed us options and kept us informed. She took time with us; we never felt rushed in making decisions. My family and I were shown kindness and compassion every step in the process.
