Our family has had experiences with several different funeral homes in the Concord area and by far, Robinson Funeral Service has met or exceeded our expectations more than any of the others we have used. During the time frame that Mr. Whitley arrived at the funeral home, the viewing was for family only, at our request. We would have gladly welcomed him if he had come to the funeral the following day or just sent a note expressing his condolences. Contrary to Mr. Whitleys opinion, Rev. Fred Robinson and staff consistently showed our family respect, an exemplary display of professionalism, answered any and all questions at any time of day or night, and made this sad occasion as easy and smooth as possible for us. Our family highly recommends this funeral home and we will definitely be using them again should the need arise.
