My brother and I recently loss our youngest brother. We were referred to L. Hodges due to their great reputation and economical price for direct cremations. Ms. Chastity at L. Hodges took excellent care of everything and kept us well informed along the way. Her compassionate and responsive nature made us feel extremely comfortable with the process. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs and communicated everything in detail. We highly recommend them!!!

We had the opportunity to assist Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford with a family needing assistance with services in Florida. Hope Robbins and Cain Havens, both Licensed Funeral Directors and Embalmers, were amazing to work with. Their clear and consistent communication was key for a seamless transition. The family was extremely pleased with the loving care they received. It's refreshing to work with other funeral directors with the same professional vision, level of service, and unwavering compassion. We would proudly work with Hope and Cain again. Cain, Lane, and Hope took great care of us. Almost literal last minute (2-day) accommodation. Cain guided us through the process, made us feel calm, and made the experience easy. They have a default system to their services which are not set; theres plenty of freedom and encouragement in how YOU want the service to go. Everyone is professional. If during the visitation, you need to step away, Cain checks in and gives you a discreet out. I also had a last minute alteration to my music. I dont recommend doing that in general, but it couldnt have gone smoother. We cremated our mom, but burials and cremations alike are easy. The last thing you need is stress during a time like this. Thank you all for your help! You make a difference.
