Mrs Jones was very helpful and informative to help us thru a difficult time during the loss of our sister. They also have offered us some options for our own funeral planning, they were giving us valuable info on what our outdated burial policy would and could pay on our policy, unlike the other provider on our policy (Wright and Ferguson) who did nothing for us because they sold out on the policy to a company named (Parkway funeral home) that was plain to see they had no interest in servicing a policy that they accquired, i realize this policy was 59 yrs old and i know all cost have increased, but again that is where i very much appreciate Mrs Jones who clearly has a moral compass and honored the policy that their name was on and did the right thing. We have also been working with Ella Powlett who has been great. It is plain to see these 2 people at Baldwin Lee are concerned and caring. thank you

Regina did a great job of putting things in order for a funeral on short notice during the Christmas holidays for my mom. We were coming from out of town, as many attendees were, and she managed all the details beautifully for us, with just phone calls.

They worked with me and my family members from out of state to have my mom cremated, and her ashes shipped to me almost three hours away. Everything was packaged well, and the customer service was amazing.

Following the unexpected death of my son in December 2023, I dealt with a woman named Nancy throughout the cremation and return of his ashes to me. She was an exceptionally sweet woman who never acted as though I was a bother when calling with question. Although the entire process went as she had explained it to me and his ashes were received as expected, my only concern is that it has been 2 months since he passed and I still have not received the death certificates, which I need to finalized matters. I was told they were only waiting for the pathologists signature more than a month ago. Aside from that, she made the worst experience of my life bearable.
