Im incredibly grateful to Affinity Cremation for their professionalism and support during such a difficult time. From the very beginning, their team was timely, communicative, and respectful in every interaction. They made sure I was informed throughout the entire process and handled everything with care and efficiency. I especially appreciated that they took care of the Social Security reporting, which was a huge relief in the midst of everything else going on. Their compassion and organization made a hard situation much more manageable. Highly recommend.

The staff at Ott and Lee were at the utmost professional and catered to the caring needs of the family. They were very helpful in all areas of what you need to do. We have had many members of our family in the hands of Ott and Lee and never once have been disappointed in their service.

Couldnt have asked for a better service for our loved one. The staff was kind and over the top helpful. They went far above and beyond in every effort to honor our departed and create a beautiful service. I gave them a 5 star review but only because that is as high as the rating went. They deserved a 10!

WOW! Is all I can say. I placed an order for delivery at 8:30 in the morning, and it was at the door by 10:30! I am blown away by the lightning-fast turnaround. The balloons were absolutely stunningso pretty and the perfect surprise for my recovering son-in-law. If you need something beautiful delivered fast, I cannot recommend them enough. They truly went above and beyond to make a tough day much brighter!
