Merritt Walked us through and was patient with us from the beginning to the end. The framed portrait and urn are beautiful and I can't thank him enough for the compassion and gentleness he showed us and our baby, Scout. Thank you so much!

We have used Rainbow Bridge three times now. I brought each of our dogs in and was able to take my time in saying goodbye. Its a family operation, so theres a lot more care and gentleness that goes into the process than a larger crematory. Theyre very loving and compassionate. Its great to know that when that time comes, theres a place I can trust to treat our babies the way we would treat them.

I would give 10 stars if it gave the option. I was very upset when I called Rainbow Bridge and Merritt was very patient and kind. He picked up our baby and brought him back to us. He walked us through the things we needed to do and helped us pick out a beautiful urn. He kept us informed through the whole process.
