They were friendly and professional. He explained things well and made sure I didn't have questions. They were able to get me exactly what I wanted. He helped me get a payment plan I could afford.

The funeral advisor was excellent. Very clear process. Very good service. No pressure sales except for comments that prices could go up if we wait a few weeks to make final decisions. My only criticism is the price. Clearly middle class people wont be able to afford respectable burials in the future.

I would like to thank Mrs. Jackie from the Lee's Summit office for helping my family in our time of need with our arrangements and she was willing to come to the blue ridge office to help my family because it was closer. We left there feeling like she was apart of our family. I would definitely use Floral Hill again if or when the time comes.
