We cannot say enough about the professionalism of Louis Memorial and Steve Reiter. This job is not the easiest to do. They are always dealing with grieving families. Steve came in at a time of need and made sure we didn't have to do anything. This unexpected situation was one we never wish upon anyone else. Having Steve there lifted a big weight off of us. He traveled to different places making sure everything went accordingly. He went to the hospital and he came to us at home. He showed compassion as well as friendship. Steve treated us like family. We highly recommend Louis Memorial, and especially Mr. Reiter. Thank you again for making our family feel special.
