Charter Funerals was truly wonderful to work with during an incredibly difficult time. From our first meeting with Taylor - who was kind, patient, and easy to talk to - to the day of the service when Brent helped guide us through everything with compassion and calm, we felt very supported. We also appreciated the staff who helped with the life review slideshow and the chauffeur who took us to the graveside service. Every interaction felt respectful and caring. While we had the ability to prepay and prearrange many details in advance (which helped ease some of the stress), we found Charter's pricing to be very fair compared to other local funeral homes. Not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive - and the service we received was absolutely worth it. We are deeply thankful for how smooth and comforting they made the process, and would absolutely recommend Charter Funerals to anyone in the need of funeral services.
