Losing my brother was a very difficult time for my family but the entire team made the planning process easy and less stressful. Billy and I were on a first name basis. I could text him anytime I needed something or had questions and he responded immediately. Billy walked us through the process of planning the services with patience and kindness. The attention to detail was exceptional, playing music that my brother loved, a video of pictures, and the room was set up beautifully with sports memorabilia, the beach, antiques, and photography equipment to remind us of the things my brother loved. We are forever grateful for their kindness and dedication.
