Osborn Funeral Home in Shreveport is the best funeral home in Caddo/Bossier; I have ever used to make arrangements for a loved one. The best staff my family has ever had to help with such a painful and difficult time. When my dad passed away recently, I was dreading making final arrangements due to past experiences with six other funeral homes in the area. The staff at Osborn was wonderful from the start Chris, a kind, helpful and friendly voice on the phone; Kelly Owens who called back just as friendly and helpful to schedule our initial meeting gave me the impression Osborn might be different. Kali and Kelly treated us like friends with such warmth and compassion, going over everything with such detail, answering every question and so helpful with the planning. My Father recently passed and I had never dealt with Osborn until then , I cant say enough good things about them. Kelly and Kali welcomed us warmly , addressed all of our concerns . They really showed so much warmth and compassion . Our situation was s little complicated , They handled it smoothly and professionally .
