They took care of everything as they guided us on what decisions needed to be made, gave great recommendations, and coordinated all the communication with assisted living, the cemetery and the church. We are incredibly grateful to Payton and the entire staff at Greenwood Cemetery for the care and compassion they showed our family during my mothers funeral. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, warm, and genuinely kind. There were five of us siblings, and each one of us felt personally taken care of. The staff was extremely accommodating and worked hard to fulfill every request we had, always with patience and grace. Paytons suggestions were especially helpful and thoughtful, and they truly contributed to making the day beautiful and meaningful. During such a difficult time, their professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail made all the difference. We couldnt have asked for better support, and we will always be thankful for the care they gave our family.
