I can't express enough how professional and nice Mrs. Keri and Mr. Brooks are. I live out of town and needed to bury my dad. I was able to pick out the casket, flowers, ribbons, ect all from 12hrs away. They texted me, they emailed me, the answered the phone! Because I live far away they worked with me on the time frame I needed to get there and make arrangements with the life I already had in place in Texas. School schedules, flight cost, funeral cost, appointments, ect. They completely understood that life be life-ing when unexpected deaths occur. Although I was stressed not one once came from them. If you want a place thats tight and together thats gonna care for your love one Precious Memories is the place to go. Their communication is on point, clear, and no unexpected surprises. I cannot express enough gratitude to Ms. Keri and the staff for creating an environment of love , kindness and compassion that they shown to our family. A beautiful purple urn was chosen from a variety of options and it was the best decision for my sisters final resting place.
