James Fender is a good man. He is compassionate and professional and the amount of stress he has to deal with from grieving families everyday shows the testament of his character. He remains cool and calm under fire and is professional and reserved. I see a lot of reviews where people are bashing him for this that and the other but my personal experience was nothing but stellar respect and dignity. James and his staff were both compassionate and patient with our family during our darkest time. He buried my daughter with respect and is a class act. It's not easy doing that type of job and Mr fender is a shining example of a man who does this for the public and not just for the money. I recommend fender funeral directors to anyone looking for a funeral service during their darkest time.
James Fender is one of the best directors Mr. Fender becomes heavily involved for his families and works hard to ensure that all the needs of his families are not only met but goes beyond anyones expectations. The Lexington KY community is extremely blessed to have such a man caring for this community. His professionalism is beyond any reproach.
I want to thank James and his staff for all you did for my family the service was great in our time of need Fast service and so kind .I would recommend Fender Funeral Director to anyone Family of Lloyd D York
