From the very first phone call, I knew I was in the right place. I requested paw prints, and what I received went far beyond anything I could have imagined. The paw prints were absolutely phenomenal, and the nose prints brought me to tears they were done with such care and intention. I also received a beautiful black walnut urn, which was a complete and meaningful surprise. What meant the most to me was how Mavis herself was treated. From taking her gently from my car, to wrapping her in blankets and placing her carefully into the freezer never a plastic bag every step made it clear that she was honored and respected, not just processed.
