I appreciated how patient and thoughtful the staff were. Especially for someone not familiar with handling death arrangements, it's already overwhelming. Borthwick is an excellent place to consider if the unmentionable does happen, they will 100% take care of you!

Marilou and Elena went way beyond the "call of duty/extra mile" in their kindness, compassion and professionalism, again"! The first time was when our daughter died in 2006, and now in 2026, (20-years later) when it would be the love of my life, my wife of 37-years of marriage and almost 40-years together died after a 2+ years battle with a swiftly spreading form of cancer. Marilou and Elena didn't just meet expectations, they far and away exceeded expectations, for which we are so grateful to the Lord as a specific answer to a specific prayer. Thank you!!!

Very good service. Kudos to shelby newby-jasper who was so competent, efficient and accommodating,the kitchen crew at the mortuary, who went above and beyond in helping serve our food,and Dean willard who directed the funeral proceedings with skill and compassion.
