I am writing on behalf of 6 Star Florist and Gifts Corina, Bay Area. Today we left a large arrangement at Resurection Greek Ortodox Church in Castro valley. One of the gentleman there, named John approached me right after he saw me coming and asked if he can help me with the flowers. I did not received in a while as a florist such a beautiful customer service. Inside the church the other gentleman- Steave was helping out the best way and make room for our large arrangement we created. Very easy drop and im impressed with the service. Thank you for all you do for people who suffer a big loss right now. Sincere condolences to the entire family.

We had our Uncle's memorial today at Alameda Funeral Home. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They even gave me a free bottle of wine. I appreciate their support and kindness.

Reaching out to a funeral home was the most difficult phone call Ive ever had to make. Fortunately, I called the right place. A friend recommended Alameda after she used them for her husband. When my Mom was suddenly ill, I couldnt handle much& and everything was happening so quickly.. But, during my first interaction, and throughout, Paul and the rest of the people at Alameda were kind, respectful and professional. They didnt try to sell me anything, they didnt keep me any longer than was absolutely necessary, they were aware of my inability to process difficult decisions. They got straight to the necessary details, only pausing when I needed them to&. They were just wonderful. A major bright spot in what was otherwise an intensely difficult time. I will always be grateful to them. Also, Dont waste precious time on calling other places. This is the only place you need. I did call other places, and I wish I had just called Alameda first. I dont think you have to make arrangeme
