They handled all the details and shared resources that made the process before, during and after much more manageable. I would highly recommend using them - especially during a time when youre grieving & its hard to make tough decisions.

Carmichael Funeral Home in Smyrna made everything easy during our time of loss. Jim was absolutely amazing! He has a gift. He made us feel like we were the only client he had. He spent time with us and we never felt rushed in making any decisions. All of the staff at Carmichael were so respectful and attentive. (I don't remember everyone's names, but Cesar and Matthew were both wonderful. ) The After Care program was so helpful. Kathy was professional, but also kind and caring. She had answers to questions that I didn't know I had. Thank you to all who made this process honoring to my father and comforting to our family.

My sister and I came here for help with our Mother's remains. Being from out of town, we were quite desperate, and had nowhere familiar to turn. We found Carmichael's through the internet. They went out of their way to help us. They are kind, compassionate, and sensitive to one's feelings. Definitely the kind of people one wants for help, when transitioning a loved one. It takes a special kind of person to do our hard jobs in this life. We found those kind of people here at Carmichael's.
