My baby Winter passed away on 01/17/2025. It was a hard loss on my dog Eazy, my two sons and I. In a time when I couldnt think straight or understand what was happening I made the decision to call Animal Souls. Im so thankful that I did. They were so compassionate and continuously offered condolences. The care my family and I received from the time I made the call until the time I picked my babies ashes up was beyond belief. I am so grateful for everything that they have done. Today on 01/21/2025 I was able to receive my babies remains and although its not the same as having him running around at home. It helped fill some of this emptiness I was feeling these past few days. Thank you so much for all that you have done.

We were introduced to The Animal Soul through Lap of Love, and we are so grateful we were. Ill admit, we were hesitant about cremation at first, as we had fears and preconceived notions about the processespecially since this was the first pet we had ever had to say goodbye to, and everything happened so suddenly. Jordan, who I believe is the owner, immediately put all of our fears at ease. He took the time to walk us through the entire process with such compassion and patience. One of the most meaningful parts for us was being able to view our baby before the process began. That moment gave us a sense of closure we truly needed. Jordan explained everything step by step, never rushing us, and treated our baby with the utmost respect and care. We were given paw prints, fur, and a beautifully engraved box containing our babys ashessomething we will always treasure. While this was an incredibly devastating time for us, the experience itself was as beautiful and peaceful as one could
