I cant believe Im just now getting around to leaving a review, but in February 2023 I delivered my baby boy at 21 weeks. He was not going to survive due to him having congenital heart defects. Someone was able to pick my son up from Christiana Hospital and he was cremated free of charge. They did some more things, went above and beyond for us. I can not express my gratitude. I have had so much going on the last few years and things are finally starting to settle down so I hope that I am able to show my appreciation soon. I think about your kindness often. During one of the hardest days of my life, this funeral home showed true compassion and professionalism. When I called, Katie answered and immediately put me at ease. She guided me with empathy, patience, and genuine caresomething I didnt feel from any of the other funeral homes I had contacted. She was the only person after contacting 5 other funeral homes who was truly helpful and understanding. She arranged for someone to come to the house to pick up my dad, they arrived within 30 min, which brought our family so much comfort in that difficult moment. On 12/10/25 we met with Aldo to go over the arrangements, and he was truly a blessing. He went above and beyond to support our family, explaining everything clearly and treating us with respect and kindness. His compassion during such a trying time meant more than words can express. I am deeply grateful to both Katie and Aldo. Their level of care, professionalism, and genuine humanity made an unbearable situation a little easier.
