I will say my experience with Evergreen was very good. From the moment my brother and I arrived we were treated with sympathy and respect. Having to bury a loved one is by far one of the hardest things I think a person can go through. Be realistic with your expectations in the process. Nobody is perfect. What helped us was having a plan in mind before we even showed up. The hardest part was having a dollar amount in mind. I can say with certainty, as hard as it may be, the more things you can try and figure out before you get there the easier it will be to figure out the finer details. Michelle and the entire staff were there for us every time we had a question or needed to stop in for something. I personally can't say enough about Michelle, she will always have a special place in my heart. While going through our process I was a mess at times and like an angel she was there. It didn't matter if I needed a hug or words of encouragement. Remember if anything that the Evergreen staff are
