My husband, James D. Koehn, passed away 1/4/26 and Monika Pike with Horan & McConaty Funeral Services and Cremation was there all the way for me. It was a very difficult journey and Monika stepped in with her warm, kind and caring heart to make the process as pleasant and loving as possible for me. She has fantastic people skills, kind and patient personality to ask difficult questions and respond with suggestions softly. She is definitely an "Angel" to me during this difficult process. Our experience was amazing. Patrick did an amazing job giving us details along the way and making this experience easier. He gave the best customer service possible. He exceeded all expectations through this difficult time. We were very pleased to have someone be so prompt, efficient and responsive at all times.
