I would like to thank Irene Reade with all my heart. She is the nicest, wonderful, kindness, sweetest, great hearted, humble person that Ive met in my life. My first conversation with Irene was at 5am. My mom had just passed. Hospice urged me to find a funeral home. I was lost and i didnt know what to do. Irene took the time to explain to me everything I needed to do and know for that moment. I met with Irene a couple of days later to arrange everything for my mom. I still did not know the process of everything that was going on. Irene explained to me very patently what I needed to know. She is a very good hearted person. I felt like I knew her a long time. Thats how a good person she is. Thank you Irene for being a very kind person and taking the time to work with me for working with all the people that come to you. I will never forget that day. Everyone was compassionate, attentive, and deeply understanding of the emotions a family experiences during such a difficult time. Their kindness and professionalism made a hard process much more bearable. Our family is truly grateful for the care we received and wholeheartedly recommends their services to anyone in need.

TRUST THEM! If I could give them a higher review I would. I worked with Ryan. My Mom had passed away, he met with me IMMEDIATELY. He made my entire process SO EASY. He made my Family & I feel so comfortable. He expedited things for me, without me asking. He was VERY PATIENT with me, never made me feel RUSHED about ANYTHING. Never pushed anything on me. 6 weeks after loosing my Mom, I suddenly lost my little Brother. And was back to reaching out to Ryan, he was so sincere & heart felt. And again, without asking he expedited things for me (again without me asking), he goes WELL BEYOND what he needs to, just to make sure you're comfortable and does all that he can.
