Horizon Funeral Care

Horizon funeral home was very kind to my mother and I during the cremation of my father. Thank you James for making this a lesson painful process.

Perfect send off for Dad. James, the Director, did a fantastic job helping us through these hard times. Even some things that were done on such short notice, such as our photos for the slideshow that were sent in that morning, they were prepared by the start time and were able to be used no problem. The prices were great, the staff were great and they made everything super smooth. Can't thank them enough for such awesome service.

James made making arrangements for the services of our love one easy, taking extra time and care to deal with issues surrounding processing the death certificate paperwork, flower delivery communication issues, and processing photos into a lovely slideshow during the service as fast as he could because they weren't sent until the morning of. Everyone we spoke to was transparent, considerate, empathetic, and helpful, and I think if horizon funeral care hadn't been here then we might not have been able to have a service at all. Our loved one looked peaceful, and at rest because of the care and attention that was shown to him by the staff, and we will be glad to remember him the way we saw him today because of them.
