Just last week when our sister passed away we didn't hesitate to call Mr. Sheffton M. Goodson because we'd witnessed the great work he had done four years earlier for our brother's funeral. From beginning to end Sheffton made the process extremely easy, and just talking to him was comforting during this time of bereavement. The facilities in both Anniston and Talladega are upscale, immaculate and easy on the eyes; and the staff at both are kind and professional as well, greeting you with smiles and extending condolences. Then, prior to public viewing, when we saw our sister, she looked amazingly royal. Her hair, makeup and nails were professionally done, and her body was positioned perfectly. The staff went out their way to make sure everything was done the way I wanted it. I went to the funeral everyday and was always treated with respect and kindness, don't matter how many times I called someone was their to answer the questions, and within a week of time the staff done everything I asked of them.
