John is a blessing to my family. Since the death of our beloved family member, John has walked us through the process of how to proceed with end of life decisions. Whether the death of a loved one comes unexpectedly or we know that death will happen in the near future, it's always hard to handle all the things that must be taken care of. In our situation, being out of state, John handled things for us and was always available to answer our questions. He was kind and patient with us.
