I have no words to express my sincerest gratitude. From Debbie, to Kyle and Jeff they made the whole process so easy and stress free. They were very patient while we searched for information we were unsure of. They had answers to all of our questions explained everything and even gave us information on things we needed to do for our next steps. Kyle and Jeff did an amazing job on my Pap Pap for the viewing. He looked so at peace and natural. I never thought in a million years that I would see everyone smile when they would go to pay their respects. Everyone complimented on how peaceful and pain free he looked. I could not have asked for a better experience on such a sad day. I cannot recommend them enough and I am truly grateful for everything they did for my family and especially the care they took of my Pap Pap. Thank you again. The Ostrander Family
