I am so glad that we used Katlyn at Taylor Pet Loss Center. As someone who obviously loves animals herself, she was caring and compassionate and helped us through this difficult process. We have a sense of comfort knowing that she took the best care of our dog.
Very compassionate and efficient. My cat passed away suddenly at the beginning of a holiday weekend, and Katlyn met us that evening to make arrangements for her. She was prompt and communicative in a very difficult time.
