I was so impressed with every interaction that I had with Doug and his team. My mom was under hospice care when I made the initial arrangements and he made the planning process so simple, but with a level of kindness and empathy that truly touched my heart. When my mom passed on 12/3, everything went seamlessly and the team continued to be supportive and responsive. When I came to pick up my moms urn, I was given a personalized crystal angel ornament with her name on it from the funeral home as a beautiful keepsake. I cannot recommend them more!
