Dan was very comforting, it was like sitting with a close friend. He went above a beyond with getting the military paperwork we needed so my grandfather could have full military honors service. EVERYONE was great from start to finish. Also it was a cold day for the funeral I will never forget the woman worker unfortunately I forgot her name but she walked over to my grandmother and covered her with 2 blanket's.
