Extremely professional, yet sympathetic and friendly staff. They take care of so many things, so you dont have to. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful in navigating the entire process. Our family has used Bauer twice and will do so again when needed without hesitation. When my dad was in hospice, they took the time to listen to what we wanted and offer options for that and didn't try to sell us what we didn't want. It was greatly appreciated.
