Having buried multiple family members, we've used all three funeral homes in Pasco. All were kind and respectful; however, Mueller's was the absolute best with their genuine compassion and pride in conducting their services. Some difference I noticed while making arrangements was a tv screen in the room showing the options of costs with every step. Excellent communication between the staff and family in the days leading up to the service. The pastor that was was found on short notice, and he made an effort to make a connection with the grieving and gave a beautiful service. They created a slideshow our family will treasure, and no surprises or issues after the services were done.

Our family suffered a sudden tragic death. Everyone at this establishment was kind and understanding. Death is hard to handle. We appreciate all the compassion we were shown.
