Diane went above and beyond to make sure my brother made it to his celebration of life. We live in Chicago and only have here a very small window to get him shipped all the way to us. She was delicate and caring during the entire process and made sure I was 100% cared for and loved through everything. During this extremely devastating time she made sure I felt seen and heard.
