I cant begin to thank Mike enough for his gentle, kind, empathetic, compassionate demeanor. Losing a pet is one of the most painful, difficult experiences I have personally been through. Its a loss and pain that is so deep, it often took my breath away. Knowing there is someone as genuine as Mike handling the cremation of my dog brings more comfort than words can express. Mike is a very bright light during a very dark time. I cant think of anyone else I would rather have handling my dogs cremation.
