Island Memorial

We had a wonderful experience with Island Memorial. Very decent prices in today's world. The MOST Respectful, empathetic, soothing, and personalable staff that ive ever had the pleasure to work with. What they have going on there, they should be very very proud of. My daughter was involved, and they were very kid-friendly, and professional with her. They explained the steps in a kid-friendly way, looked my daughter in the eyes, and even helped her with her kit to get her pets paw print (we couldn't get the package with that included) and made sure she was happy, and has everything she wanted. They even included an extra lil gift for my daughter to remember our animal by when we picked her up. Very heartfelt. Thank you so much to each one of you that helped us during this time.

Greatly appreciated their timely service. The process was done much faster than expected and they hand delivered during a snowstorm. I would highly recommend.

Our dog, Maple, crossed the rainbow bridge on Monday. Island memorial allowed us to bring her to them for cremation and respected our last goodbye. They held space for us when the world was dark and filled with grief. And it still is. But we have our girl home, and we are thankful for Island Memorials support with that. Their service was fast and professional. We are so grateful. Thank you all. We will surely miss Maple w she was the best girl.
