My daughter lost her first pet rabbit, Milo. We have never crossed this path, however, All Pets was amazing. With the first steps into the building and picking him up days later. They were willing to take their time and talk through everything that my daughter wanted to remember her fur-baby forever. Picking everything up, it was all beautifully presentable.
