We have used the services of the Cremation Society of Virginia three times. In each case they were amazing. Very professional yet extremely caring and sympathetic. They made a difficult and depressing situation so much easier to navigate. No one is in the proper state of mind when dealing with the loss of a loved one. The last thing you need is to struggle with the remains of your loved one. You want it to proceed with dignity and respect for both the body of the decedent and the law mourning of the loved ones. The Cremation Society does those things and without a draining debt. God bless them all.

My mother had assured me that she had made all the arrangements with CSV ages ago. But upon her death, I discovered she was mistaken. I was dreading all the work involved in what needed to happen. But the folks at CSV, with a special emphasis on Stephanie P, were incredibly helpful, compassionate and easy going, that the process was easy. The staff took care of everything once I signed the paper work and sorted out what we wanted. They were easy to reach and responsive with I had questions and worked with me remotely since I live many hours away from VA. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated their efforts and service. I highly recommend CSV out of Newport News.
