Mountcastle Turch Life Celebration Home

My husband was cremated here and the staff that came to get him from our home was svery kind and respectful as well as office staff. I am planning to use Montcastle Turch for my cremation also and have recommended them to all my family members.

The Mount Castle team was outstanding! I highly recommend them. My husband passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 48years. His death was very difficult for the family as you can imagine. But Sara, Ms. Brenda, & Chelsea were so compassionate, thoughtful, & kind. My husbands passing was unexpected therefore we were not financially prepared; yet Sara didnt make us feel bad or pressured into spending more than we could afford. They worked w/us & even went above & beyond helping make his service personal & respectful. We definitely recommend getting the flip cards bc they are a wonderful keepsake for your loved ones. We had to order more. They also allowed us to setup up a zoom call for loved ones from out of town. We only had one constructive critique& When the visitation & service started there was no identifiable employee greeting guests as they arrived, to direct them to the guest book & the side rooms w/most of the photos & other personal memorabilia. I cant enough about Mountcastle. My father passed away unexpectedly and our family aside from sadness were lost on next steps. No one tells you the enormous tasks that follow a death of a loved one. I spoke with Sara over the phone and she was pleasant and kind. I felt her empathy and genuine compassion to do good for us. When I arrived with my family she took the time to walk us through the process and every step. On the day of my fathers memorial service we were blown away by the attention to detail and the staffs incredible professionalism and dedication to making sure we honored my fathers memory. I looked at a few funeral homes before this one and they all lack positive reviews that tell you what went right and how the people inside the funeral home care. Please dont think twice about using this funeral home. Thank you Sara and team, our family will always remember how gracious you were.
