Great people when u are in ur worst of rime

My mother passed away on December 22, 2025, we miss her so much. We had time to visit funeral homes before her passing as she was on hospice. My father and I visited one funeral home together and then my husband and I visited two additional homes. Of the 3 we visited, Broomhead made us feel welcome, comfortable and were so easy to communicate with. Jeff Stratton, the funeral director sat down with us to go over all the aspects of the funeral. He gave us options and pricing and was very upfront about what we could expect. He has a great way with people making you feel very cared for. Laura, the owner and Scott the assistant funeral director, were so helpful, anytime we called for information or needed to get in touch with them. My mother was dressed and taken care of so beautifully. Its not easy to talk about how your family members look when they pass away, but I will have to say Broomhead was able to make her look as natural as possible. I wanted to take the time to thank Broomhead Funeral Home for the great service you provided for my brother-in-law. We have had a lot of services here threw the years, but this one was different. My brother-in-law had requested a wake/a celebration of his life. Not the normal funeral. This is something none of us has ever done. The people at Broomhead helped us put this together the way he wanted it. I feel Richard would have been pleased with the way it all turned out. I know all of us in the family felt that it went the way he wanted it to. Just a quiet good-bye, a celebration of his life...
