We are not very knowledgeable about this sort of thing, so when our dog passed away, we were searching around to try and find help. This was the best place we could have found! It was a Saturday, but they were available (a little higher cost but it was worth it to us) and happy to accommodate us. Andrew was so kind and gentle with our family, genuinely caring and trying to help us through a difficult time. They do have a tiered cost system so you have some choice about that. The ashes, paw print, and nose print provided were very nice, and a great way to remember our girl. Definitely recommend their services.

Andy with pet passages has helped myself in my family and ways that I cannot express and his compassion and care for our animals and supporting us through this tough time I cannot even express my gratitude.
