The personal were so professional and willing to help me in anyway that I was so appreciative of there kindness and concern for our family during are time of grief. Funeral Director Michael McNew and the Neptune Team were professional, compassionate, and extremely responsive. The transport team was extremely understanding of our anguish when they picked up my deceased brother from his home. Mr. McNew responded to our call the next day immediately, gave detailed overviews of each process, texted multiple times daily with updates, helped speed up getting the certificates of death, cremains transport and ash scattering. And even retrieved the addresses in Santa Barbara County we would need for my brother's ocean scattering. Their support was superb. My family will be forever grateful for their professional excellence.

We were completely satisfied with the service we received. Rebecca and Michael were very professional and prompt with our various requests that we made. They helped us during a very difficult time with compassion and thoughtfulness.
