Kevin gave exceptional customer service. If I could give him 10 stars I would. This was the hardest thing Ive ever been through watching my mother pass and then having her cremated. Kevin made the process as easy as possible. He was knowledgeable, kind, and answered all of my questions. I know my mother was in good hands with this funeral home. They also gave me a locket of her hair and fingerprints which I loved. Thank you again for everything, it means the world to me.

I unexpected lost my brother, Thomas, recently. As you can imagine, I had several duties to take care of very quickly. I checked with several crematoriums both over the phone and online. Very quickly, I could surmise which companies were money driven first and compassion second. I came across the Caring Hands website and it immediately piqued my interest. Once I spoke to Kevin about pricing and the care they give, I decided to use them for my brothers cremation process. It was so easy to get started online. Their website was very user friendly and their pricing was very affordable. Kevin kept me informed the entire way via phone and emails. The entire process, once the coroner released my brother, was 3 days. Their care through this very stressful time was amazing. I picked up my brothers ashes and was able to bring him home, which is such an amazing feeling.
