Simple cremation is an amazing business with excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff to help with services with your loved ones passing. Thank you to everyone who helped make the process go smoothly and easy for me during this difficult time of my beloved husbands passing. Y'all are truly amazing. I dont normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to Share our experience we had with Simple cremation. Unfortunately, my father passed away this November. I called Simple cremation late afternoon on a Sunday, the day he passed. I assumed I was going to get a voicemail and someone would call me back the next day. My call was answered by someone who took our information and promised a call back shortly. Within five minutes Amanda with Simple cremation called us back. She was extremely helpful and although I was in a very emotional state she helped navigate me through the process in a very sincere and sympathetic way. I told her that my dad was a veteran and we would also like assistance in having him buried at the Dallas Fort Worth national cemetery. She said that she was also a veteran and it would be her honor to help a fellow veteran. She then turned over our case to Jackie from Simple cremation. I dont know how many hours a day these ladies work but it felt as if we had access t

First time user of this service. They were so kind and very caring. They helped me with the online obituary and the entire process from start to finish. They were professional and kind when they came to transport my mothers body. I highly and sincerely recommend this company. When compassion and understanding is most needed, they provided that and so much more. Leslie worked with me from start to finish and I am forever grateful for her kindness and explanation of all.
