The folks at Passalacqua Funeral Chapel and Twin Chapels Mortuary were very professional. They were able to handle delicate family situations with a calmness and gravity befitting the occasion. The Passalacqua family operating in this location for 150 years is an incredible achievement and we were so thankful that we didnt face any large franchise disappointments.

The process of death is something you don't want to know how to do well. Fortunately, my family has not had to experience much death in the last 25 years and this was an area where we definitely needed help. Twin Chapels was exceptional! I am a very detailed individual and Dave was right there with me! Dave was the calm voice for my wife and I in our unfortunate tragedy. He answered every call (morning, day and night). Dave-thank you so much for all of your assistance and support. Jessica-thank you for your patience in setting the video and answering all of my questions.
