After the untimely death of my nephew, Singletons - the entire staff and especially Mark Vancura provided unequaled professional assistance, all the while exhibiting compassion and emotional support. Even after a family member's rather inappropriate actions caused a needless delay in my nephews funeral/burial, Mark continued to go above and beyond to provide assistance all the while exhibiting extreme patience, compassion and kindness.
