Jenny Marshall was the absolute best in regards to taking care of the loss of our loved one. Her sweet compassionate and sensitive spirit was an encouragement to our family during this difficult time. Anytime we had questions concerning any part of the funeral process, she was there to help. Hands down, we reccomend Jenny to anyone looking for someone to help them in honoring, caring for, and providing burial and/or funeral services for their loved one.

The loss of a loved one is always a very sad and difficult time. However, the staff at Poole Funeral Home from day one was very compassionate, helpful and went the extra mile to make our few days of planning and organizing of our mothers funeral bearable.The staff was always available for answering questions and having suggestions but never pushy. Because of our families being separated by many miles, we ended up having a burial and three weeks later, we had a celebration of life. The entire time the staff was available for support.The day of the service came and the facility was very accommodating. Poole allowed us to use their kitchen/breakroom for a catered meal after the service. We had 23 family members and we were very pleased with the space. The staff at Poole Funeral home was very professional and guided me with care as we went through final arrangements for my husband. They also created a lovely pamphlet used during the Memorial service held in the chapel and as a keepsake for attendees.
