Carol Austin is a very professional person to work with. I contacted her prior to my father passing away to find out what the family needed to do. When Hospice contacted Austin Funeral Services at his death they had the body picked up and cremated. My brother and I met with Carol to plan next steps then. She was able to assist us with a Columbarium service to be held two months later when great grandchildren could drive and/or fly in. She also had several copies of his death certificate made for us. Since he was a World War II veteran she arranged for a military service with taps and the presentation of the American Flag. This along with the spiritual part of his service was very memorable. After the service Carol presented us with laminated copies of my Dad's obituary and a copy of all the comments in his online guest book. I would recommend Austin Funeral & Cremation Services to all my friends and coworkers.
