Barlett-Heritage Funeral Home is amazing and went above and beyond for my family after the passing of our mother. Cindy, the director was so empathetic to our situation, which was a crazy one, and helped every step of the way. Months later when all of my family could finally gather to have a memorial service I contacted Cindy again to plan it and once again she went above and beyond. Losing a mother is a hard thing to navigate because the one person you want to help you through that is your mother, and Cindy made it lighter, she felt like family. Her nurturing side, at the right moments, was needed, and her own experiences she shared was reassuring. Plus, Cindy has an adorable dog, Dolly that helped with heavy emotions just by her presence alone. Cindy and Dolly are a team and they are very much in touch with their clients. This is definitely their calling!

After the passing of my father, I was referred to Bartlett Heritage funeral home by friends and family. From the first phone call Cindy Phillips lovingly walked me through each and every step of the process with compassion and Grace. The care that she and her team gave to each and every step of the process will never be forgotten. The video that Karen put together was absolutely beautiful.Cindy made a huge impact on this experience. The services went as planned and with her expertise we were able to give our father a beautiful homecoming. There are no adequate words to thank her. I am just grateful she is in this world first and foremost and that she chose to serve others in this way. I truly do not know how I could have done this without her. Shes an Angel.
